About Jessica Skinner

I was raised in a small town in eastern South Dakota where I grew up learning the importance of hard work, honesty, and integrity which were the core values instilled in me at a young age. I met my husband, got married, and after making a few moves, we settled down here in The Black Hills to raise our 2 children. My family and I enjoy many of the outdoor activities that the Hills has to offer, including hiking, four wheeling, and going to the lake. I am also very passionate about being involved and supporting our growing community through the chamber of commerce. For 15 years I've worked in the healthcare field where I first discovered my passion and drive to help and serve others. I started working for Keller Williams Realty and realized that the world of Real Estate was the perfect place to exercise these passions. Serving my clients and helping them find a new home or say goodbye to their current home is a rewarding experience for me. As your agent, I want to share with you my vast knowledge of the market and provide exceptional communication, follow-up, and a clear understanding through every step of the process. Jess was phenomenal! Always answering our questions, and/or responding to anything, right away. She was very knowledgeable and understanding. And if she didn't know, she would happily find out the answer. She gave no pressure to look at houses we weren't interested in/were missing details we needed.
