My guy and I decided to buy our first house. At the time we were living in New Jersey and wanted to find a duplex/triplex in the Minnesota market. We needed a Minnesota based realtor, so we called Jessica. We WERE so LUCKY we picked her. She was a great listener and communicator (often having to explain things twice, since my boyfriend travels for work and we are rarely on the same phone line)! She was patient and thorough. Guiding us, but never pushing us.We wanted to find a very specific type of home (a duplex with third unit mother-in-law unit). We had a very short time period of visiting Minnesota and we could only come to town during Jessica's family vacation, but Jessica made it work. We found our home! Then came a thousand interesting steps that Jessica calmly lead us through. We found a fixer-upper and the sellers were not willing to make any repairs. We had to do a ton of negotiating and finding the right team of mortgage lenders, repair people, etc....to finally pass with an amazing FHA loan. That meant more work for Jessica, but she stayed positive--always moving us forward toward our goal.I can't write all the details. The point is...if you are looking for a knowledgable, honest, warm, and damn hardworking realtor, you won't be disappointed with Jessica. When we are looking to sell or buy we will be working with her again.
