We recently completed the purchase of a home. We started looking in November and settled in late March. The real estate market was characterized by high prices, high interest rates, and several sketchy home remodelers. Thankfully, we had Jess and her team, Christina and Mary, working for us. Jess and her team have been involved in real estate sales for quite a while. Their expertise and enthusiasm were very helpful in our search. We, like many buyers, had to refine what type of purchase we were looking for. Jess and her team were always willing to meet with us and take us to showings. We started looking for a townhouse, then realized a single family would suit us better. Their patience and guidance as we explored several areas kept us focused without stress to make offers. After dealing with untrained sellers agents, greedy sellers, and crooked home flippers, we found an older home that seemed to fit. On Jesss suggestion, we had the sewer line inspected and found that it was cracked. But the sellers came through and had the repair done. That saved us at least $9K. Jess and her team earned the highest recommendation from our family. They are great to work with because they are always trying to make both buyer and seller happy in the transaction. We would definitely use them again if we are ever in need of a realtor.

She kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new home was on the market in our area of interest. She is honest and forthright- no games. After dealing with several other brokers in the (RN) area and being disappointed, we felt lucky to be referred to Jessica. Her advice and support through closing was invaluable. She was polite, available, friendly, and knowledgeable about the market, could look at an AC unit and tell his age and even knew the model number off the top of her head. We could not have done it without her and her Assistant Christina. I would highly, without a doubt recommend Jessica Sauls for your real-estate needs. She is now part of our family. We can't say enough about her. I called consistently, and even though I think I think I got on her nerves, she continued to be professional, returned calls in an instant and when she was not available, Christina was. Great team, personality and expertise. We love her!!

It has been 7 years since we purchased our home, and with the volatile housing market my wife and I were nervous to put our house on the market and start looking. I did a Google Search for best Realtors in Maryland. I received a list of names. I called 4 of them, Jessica's office was the quickest to respond. We met with one other realtor before meeting with Jessica. Once we did meet, my wife and I immediately felt at ease with her. Her demeanor, knowledge of the area, and ability to answer our millions of questions calmed us. We chose her for one simple reason, she listened! She made us relaxed and secure in her knowledge, that she would successfully and calmly guide us through the noise and confusion. She and her team are extremely capable, organized, and thoughtful. We used her for both the sale of our current home, as well as the purchase of our new one. There were lists, tips and tricks, and plenty of communication to keep us always in the know. Jessica knew exactly what value to place on our house, and walked us step by step to get our house ready to show. Her and her assistant Christina were amazing in guiding us through the process. Once we sold, Jessica and Christina immediately switched from selling our house and focused on finding us our dream home. Again they listened to exactly what we were looking for. Then showed us houses that checked the boxes. They calmed my fears of taking on certain things like oil heat and septic. Jessica expertly guided us through the offer and inspection process. Every inspector and worker we met had nothing but the highest compliments for her and her staff. I can't say this enough, Jessica and Christina made us feel like family. And not that we plan on it, but should we need a realtor again, she will be the first one we call. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Very competent, candid, and personable, Jess was a pleasure to work with as first-time home buyers. Her insight into home quality during walkthroughs was invaluable, e.g., avoiding quick flip homes, spotting potential outdated appliances and systems, and providing recommendations catered to each specific propertys quirks.
