I can't say enough great things about Jessica (and Tabitha) but I will highlight some our favorite moments in working with them. First, I called Jessica years ago to ask her about the buying process so Dave and I could get ready ahead of time. When I called her back years later, she remembered our conversation and welcomed me to the team. Amazing.Not only did Tabitha and Jessica respond more quickly than ANY company/employee EVERY time we emailed them, they did so with such accuracy, incredible information, and humor. When showing houses, they both were quite involved with seeing the positives, concerns, and potential. They were also not afraid to get into the basement, crawl spaces, and check out all the house systems, their condition, while explaining ones we had never encountered before. They walked the land properties with us and respectfully pointed out markers, important boundaries, and where we might place outbuildings, horses, gardens, etc. When we finally found "our" house, they immediately got the process moving along so quickly that we were able to get to each next step knowing ahead of time what each of our responsibilities were without ever having to wonder on our own. These are two of the hardest working women in the business - I have no doubt - and they both seem to absolutely love all the processes involved and are ready to be super professional, kind, or, if needed, respectful and ready to become "bulldogs". We have felt so well taken care of in this crazy sellers' market and always encouraged to "stay in the game - and go get ours!" We close this week and I can already feel the emotion well up as we prepare to say "goodbye" to two extraordinary realtors.
