1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Get Pre-approved. Do your homework when it comes to the location, school zones, proximity to shopping/dining/medical facilities, etc. Hire a great agent that will listen to you and show you homes that meet your criteria.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Clean, clean, clean! I buyer wants to see a well organized, clean home. Make your home look good & smell good. Create lots of light in the home either through lighting or opening up the drapes. Work on the curb appeal. Add some fresh flowers near the entry way.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with both buyers and sellers. Buyers: I have worked with first time home buyers, many buyers relocating to the area, and investors. Sellers: I have worked with listings as small as a lot of land all the way up to high-end residential homes. I strive to sell homes FAST! My strategic marketing plan works.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
A few weeks ago I had a seller that was in distress and needed to sell fast. I worked with her to stage her home. We boxed up items and made sure every room felt open and inviting. I connected her with a contractor that was able to get some minor repairs done fast. Once the professional photos were done, I listed the home and we had a full price offer just days later. This sellers very difficult situation turned into a positive situation very quickly.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I have always had a love for Real Estate. After spending 10 years in a management position, working for the same company doing lots of internet marketing, I decided it was time for me to take all of that knowledge and push it into my Real Estate career! It was the best decision I could have made.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
