Jessica did a fantastic job assisting me with the purchase of my vacation home. she was likely the only reason it closed. while I was busy working she never stopped working to contact my lender on my behalf to help move the process along. This will be the 4th home I have purchased and I can say it was the most difficult process out of all of them except for the hard work of Jessica. even after the closing she has helped with things she didn't need to. from recommending local professionals to help with property management to local restaurants that would make a picky professional fat guy happy. she did such a great job that I will likely purchase another property in the area.
