We liked Jessica's reviews and contacted her by email. We told her exactly what we were looking for. We also gave her the address of a house that we liked, after searching for properties on Zillow, to give her an example of a property that appealed to us. She was very responsive. Shortly after our first email contact, we visited the area for about a week and she showed us several properties that we liked. We felt very comfortable meeting her and her partner, Brad, in person at the first property. She showed us all the properties we wanted to see and gave us great information about the pros and cons of every location, which helped a lot in our decision-making process. Jessica is very knowledgeable about the area. She even showed us properties in different locations nearby to give us a better perspective. We found a property that we really liked, asked her to please see it again the next day, and put in an offer. Then we drove back to our previous home and Jessica handled the rest. She was terrific and even did the final walk-through before closing, since we were not able to be there - even though we had planned on it originally. She was very responsive throughout the entire process, answering all of our questions in a timely fashion.
