We were moving from South Carolina to Virginia and we had a specific list of characteristics that we wanted in our new home. Cynthia outdid herself in creating a selection of homes for us to select from. We reduced that list to 7 and were able to see all homes in one day. We made a decision that night and the next day Cynthia had the sellers paperwork signed and our buyer paperwork signed. We were able to close quickly and move in prior to the start of my new job. Did you you pay Jessica her commission? She was the one that i had to help me on my house. I was told she was not paid. My papers said you got 1720.00. She was very helpfull. I would like to know if she was paid . She is very nice and helped me greatly. I would recommend her to all my friends and anybody that is sellig there home .
