We contacted Cynthia, based on the recommendation of several friends in the area, for help in purchasing a home. We were moving from South Carolina to Virginia and we had a specific list of characteristics that we wanted in our new home. Cynthia outdid herself in creating a selection of homes for us to select from. We reduced that list to 7 and were able to see all homes in one day. Did you you pay Jessica her commission? She was the one that i had to help me on my house. I was told she was not paid. My papers said you got 1720.00. She was very helpfull.
