We were tough, finicky costumers that backed out of two contracts at the first signs of conditions we were not happy and she remained smart, patient, and understanding and resourceful until we finally found the home we loved. We can't thank Jessica enough. Jessica was there during the entire process from severe 11th hour complications with lenders to helping negotiate a deal involving Sellers that were out of state and who had suspended selling their home this year to agree to sell. We got it done thanks to her. We love our new home and can't thank her enough. Throughout the process Jessica returned every text message and answered every call, even at odd hours. She obliged to all our requests and worked extensively and quickly on what ended up being more than several unfruitful endeavors. She mentioned nothing of it. Doing what we knew was extra work, writing contracts, setting up appointments and being at meetings when we weren't even sure we were going to like the home, Jessica always remained patient and professional and there when we needed her most, until we were finally successful in finding the home we loved.
