ZillowVERIFIEDdon't even know how to start this. I was trying to buy a rental property in Irvine back in 2016, and I didn't know any realtor in OC then. One day, I just happened to grab her flyers somewhere and called her up. And that's how I got lucky. Jessica showed me all the properties that I picked (all of them were resale homes), but she recommended me to get a brand new construction which would be easier for me to maintain even though that means less commission for her compared to getting me a resale house. She helped me out from the beginning until now in every single aspect getting the property ready for rent such as getting blinds, flooring, etc and finding a tenant and other things. I was too busy doing all that with no time driving all the way to Irvine from LA. So, Jessica did all the work for me and she didn't charge me for doing all the extra work. I closed my property on the week of Christmas, and she got me a tenant who moved in 2 days after the closing, right before Christmas. I know that was not an easy thing, because no one moves during holiday, especially the day before Christmas eve. But, with Jessica, she made everything happened. Even after the first tenant moved out, she took care of everything for me and find another tenant right away within a week. I sincerely appreciate all the things that she has done for me, and i don't think i can find any realtor like her anywhere nor any other realtor would do the same things that Jessica did for me. I can't even count how much money I was able to save because of her all these years. I seriously think i was super lucky finding her and getting her as my realtor. After that, I introduced her to my sister and again to my coworker who was shopping for a house. All of them were very satisfied and happy with their current homes. All I can say is Thank you, Jessica, you did so much for me and you saved me a lot of money. I don't think i can find any realtor like you. Big thumbs up!
