I have bought and sold with Jessica 3 times over the last 3 years. The first time was for my starter home, the second was to sell the starter home and the third time was the move to my new home (which is larger and closer tp the mountain). I sold and bought with Jessica and it was a great experience. She helped guide me through the selling process, providing great feedback on recommended adjustments to help increase the value of my house, and providing great support to market and drive perspective buyers to my house. Due to her networking we had individuals showing up within minutes of posting the house and closed within 3 days of posting. From a buying perspective she was always flexible and willing to work with my schedule to check out new home posting going as far as Jamestown for one posting. After a few months (due to this crazy market) she was able to help me find an amazing home in a idea location.
