Where to being about how great Jessica was in our home search process...My wife and I worked with Jessica when we were purchasing a home in Andover. The experience was quite enduring as the sellers were a bit difficult to work with during the process. Jessica really worked hard to ensure we closed on the house. Jessica even went out of her way to provide help when selling our home even though she was not our selling agent (long story short we chose Jessica as our buying agent after a poor experience with our selling agent; if we weren't contractually obligated to continue with our selling agent we would have CERTAINLY used Jessica as our selling agent). She provided us with the requirements for the smoke certificate in MA. She worked with the Methuen Fire Department and the rest of her agency to try and get a smoke certificate appointment for the house we were selling! Talk about going out of her way to help her clients! Jessica made sure we had all of our documents on time. Her and her team will provide you with a checklist and an anticipated timeline for all of the documents and milestones needed to reach closing day when purchasing your home.
