1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Talk to a lender as your very first step! Find out what your finances look like before you even begin looking at homes in any price range to be sure you’re setting yourself up for success.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Interview more than 1 listing agent! We all will sell your home differently, so find an agent you trust and who’s knowledgeable and willing to put in the work to get your home sold.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
We started looking for their first home during one of the biggest snows in the treasure valley, and I got my car stuck in the driveway after a house tour. Needless to say my clients helped me get my car out of the driveway, and 60 days later they closed on their first house with me. I trusted them to help me, just like they trusted me to help them!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I’ve been around a few realtors throughout my life and have considered it as a profession, but always went the traditional route of college, job, graduate degree, career… you get the point. I’ve also been a bit of a nomad through my life, never really finding anywhere to settle and put down roots. Then we relocated to Idaho and I fell absolutely in love, and now I want nothing more than to be in real estate so I can help others put down roots of their own!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I’m a servant leader by nature, and I’m passionate about helping bring joy and comfort to any interaction I have. I’m a strong communicator and will always follow through, and I have nearly 17 years of experience working in customer and client service.
