Redhead, optimist, teacher-at-heart, passionate about real estate. My team and I help clients in Southwest Greater Cleveland move up into homes that give them the space they need to Live Well. We improve the lives of our real estate clients by providing thoughtful client care that exceeds expectations. I never planned on being a Realtor. I spent many happy years teaching high school, but changing family needs led me seek out a more flexible career in 2013. Lucky for me, my long-time friend Sam had been suggesting real estate for years. He kept saying, "trust me, you'll be good at this!" And I kept saying, "But Sam, I can't do 'sales.' I'm not a 'salesperson.' I teach!" I trusted his advice and got my license a few months after our daughter was born. I was terrified of starting out in a new field and wasn't sure how my teaching skills would translate into real estate. But I just went out there and did it. I did all kinds of different transactions, learned negotiation techniques, honed my marketing skills, soaked up all the knowledge at home inspections that I could, and most importantly: I listened to my clients and their needs. I quickly discovered that real estate is much more about helping people than it is about selling them something. No one decides to move because it's "fun." You decide to move because you have a need. And that process can be daunting at first. I've fallen in love with this career. HOME is everything. It *should* be the place that recharges you, takes your stress away, and gives you the space you need to become the best version of you. I get such a thrill out of talking to my clients months after they've moved into their new home and hearing stories about their kids riding dirt bikes in the back yard, or living 7 minutes from their grandparents and loving it! It's my job, and my passion, to be your guide/teacher/advisor on move into a home that enables you to thrive. Over the years, my passion for real estate (and teaching) has led me to develop a team of top agents around me. Today, I'm honored to work with Quinn Johnston, Mary J Martin, Allison Danner, Beth Primisch, and Christine Petersen (unlicensed assistant). Together, we've developed our signature Living Well Method, which lays out step by step the process that we use to help our clients move into homes where they can Thrive.
