Having never purchased a house before I really do not have anything to compare it to, besides stories I have heard from others. Well, I can say, as a first time homebuyer, I had no issues whatsoever at all. It wasn't easy, but I don't think there is any easier way to buy a home. The good news, Jess helped so much, was thorough, persistent, constantly communicating, and truly helped with each step the entire way. Things we didn't know we needed to push for, she made mention to push for it. It was like having an expert advocate in our corner the whole time.
