Communication is key. A good agent is an effective communicator who listens to your needs, responds promptly to your inquiries, and keeps you informed throughout the process. They should be clear, transparent, and proactive in their communication. Along with Market knowledge and attention to detail.
Reach out to a local Realtor. Interview several or do your research on the realtor before reaching out. Once you know who you want to use they will walk you through the entire process step by step, and do majority of the work for you.
