Jessica gave us really good suggestions on making an offer on the house we really wanted as we found out there were 2 other bids on the house. We ended up getting the house thanks to her help. She also sold our house in 4 days and had advised us to have plan "B" in case it sold quickly and we didn't have a new house to move in to . We moved in with our daughter until we found the house we wanted to buy and everything worked out very well. Jessica knows what she is doing and is very helpful answering all of our questions and was always very prompt getting back to us when we left messages for her.
