He was willing to meet us early in the morning, middle of the day, and into the evening. He helped us refine our offers to be as competitive as we were willing to be. Even when the tough market got us down Phil was able to add a sense of positivity to keep us moving in the right direction. He made sure that our offer was submitted on our new home while on his honeymoon. I am sure you may know another Realtor through someone else but you are truly doing yourself a disservice if you do not work with Phil. We couldn t be happier with our new home!!

ZillowVERIFIEDWhere do I start. I met Jess the day before my forever home went on the market. I emailed her right away. This home seriously was important to me, I should probably start with that! My grandmother passed away when I was 6, my now forever home used to belong to her. Getting a showing was not only important to me, but my entire family was so excited for this opportunity. She scheduled me for the FIRST walk through of many that weekend. We waited until Monday to hear if our bid was accepted (yes I needed to up my bid a bit) but with her support we got it. The entire process with Jess was a dream. I loved her super personal texts and updates. If someone is looking for a forever friend/great realtor. Jump on this one! She is going to keep shining in this city. The only thing I wish (but not really) is I could have had more time with her. She made everything so easy and a blast. Closing day I had tears in my eyes because well I got my forever home and my grandmothers home, but because I didnt get to spend more time with her! I wish Jess all the future success and highly recommend her for all things house related!
