Jesse helped us sell our house for $60k over asking and purchase our dream house that had fierce competition of 7 offers over asking price. He handled everything professionally and made both transactions smooth. The purchase was questionable from the beginning because we were using a VA loan, but Jesse navigated the challenges against all-cash offers and secured the deal for us. He was patient as we searched for homes and never felt like we were wasting his time. He knows what he is doing and I would not hesitate to recommend him as your agent in both the selling and buying roles.
