After my mother passed away, I was responsible for taking care of the sale of the home. Once I was done sorting through the belongings, I needed to have an estate sale and sell the home. When I met with Jo-Linda, she offered to coordinate the estate sale with the company I hired. I was able to hand the keys over and let them do their job and I was very pleased that I did not have to worry about anything. They took care of everything and I was extremely thankful for that. The house sold quickly and escrow closed the week after the estate sale. For me, it was great to know that I didn't have to visit the house during the sale process and I knew that it was being taken care of.
