Jesse was excellent through every step during the purchase of our first home! We highly recommend his services! We didn?t have our hopes up when we first started thinking about buying our first home due to the high prices and demand in this market. Jesse was kind and friendly since our first call and had a really good conversation with us about the possibilities we would have within our budget. He was realistic, supportive, proactive and optimistic. Once we decided to start the home search, Jesse started sending us daily updates. Sometimes he would do it two or three times a day. He was always available and proactively trying to find the best deals available not only according to our budget, but also according to our needs, preferences and lifestyle. We had 6 showings before finding ?the one? and he studied every detail about each house: roofing, plumbing, appliances, countertops, windows, materials and many other things that I would never think about by myself. He was meticulous analyzing the pros and cons of every house and presenting to us in a simple and understandable way. Once we found the house we loved, we could tell he also loved it for us. He was as excited as we were about the house and was extremely fast and efficient at writing down the offer and dealing with the paper work (on 4th of July, by the way). He worked really well during the negotiation with the seller and I can tell the deal probably would not be possible if it wasn?t for his skills, knowledge and availability on that day. After the offer was accepted, he worked extremely fast with the contract, mortgage company, insurance company, Association and everything in the process. It was impressive how he managed everything at the same time. We didn?t need to worry about anything. He was the one asking us for documents and papers. We never needed to remind him of dealing with something; he was the one letting us know what was the next step! Jesse made the process of purchasing our first home pleasant and smooth, which is very different of what I thought it would be. We couldn?t be happier with his services and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to find the dream home.
