We needed to close quickly, 8 business days from when we made our offer, and he made this happen! Also under the current COVID circumstances we wanted to complete the transaction 100% remotely and he also made this happen! Now I know every circumstance is different and this was something that he could accomplish with a cash purchase and a motivated seller, and I do know that he will let you know what he can and cant accomplish very clearly. I will always appreciate Jessie and his assistant Mercedes as they were both VERY on top of EVERYTHING!! Could not of asked for a better experience!
