By far the best experience Ive had with a realtor. Jess did a great job and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and happy. His market analysis was spot on and suggested we sell the home at a higher price than we were originally thinking. The home sold in 4 days so his suggestion was obviously correct. Jess is a most responsive professional. It seemed that whenever I tried to contact him he answered his phone (unlike others Ive dealt with). On the rare occasion that he didnt pick up I would hear back from him within a short time. He is a full time agent and knows the market as well as any. In all dealings that Ive had with him he was well prepared. He found me houses to buy that others didnt even know were on the market. He sold my house for way more than I thought I could get and in a very short time. A most personable fellow as well.
