Hi , I have been a Realtor since 2006 and I love it, because I have the honor of helping people through a major transition in their lives. I currently live in Albuquerque with my wonderful wife Jessica. We were married in January of 2009 and in June 2011; we welcomed our first child, a son named Gavin, into the world. He truly is a blessing I can't picture my life without him. I love my family very much, and I take pride in treating all of my clients like they are part of the family. Home Ownership is one of the biggest investments some people make. You need a Realtor that you can trust, to help you through the process in this ever changing market. I am continually striving to stay ahead of the curve in terms of the latest technology. Get Pre Approved first so your offer will be stronger and Sellers know your ready to by

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently sold a home on the West Side of Albuquerque to a first time home buyer who did not think he could buy a home, he got approved and we looked at 10 homes that meet his needs, He got very discouraged from his options until I surprised him with a home that a sale was falling through on and it was the one, He wrote the offer same day and got the home.... This was one of the smoothest transactions I have had in a long time but it helps when you have a good relationship with the agent on the other side as this is a relationship business
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
In 2006 I was tired of working on cars and I always loved real estate and I jumped in to Real Estate and love helping people with their Real Estate needs in all the life changes they are going through
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I am a coached member of Buffini and Company so most of my business is by Referral so I can focus on my clients and not chase other clients that may not be ready to buy or sell.
