Jess was incredibly helpful in the sale of my mothers home. I live out of state and Jess was very diligent in communicating with my elderly mother so she understand the process and what was happening. He was also instrumental in helping me take care of some last minute damage problems in the house. He helped us price the house properly and the selling price exceeded out expectations SIGNIFICANTLY. Really I could not have done the sale without him! The staff at Lindsey was also great to work with.

We had a complex situation which we asked Jess to handle for us. We had an offer on our house just before listing it with Lindsey's. He was able to take on the job, with a number of special requests from the buyer & see it through to a quick closing. Problem for us was where to go from there? I asked Jess to find a suitable house for us & to be quick about it! He found it, overcame those complications as well & was able to help us close both deals & move within 30 days. Actually both closings occurred on the same busy day. Jess was a busy man during our business deal. I watched him work tirelessly with other agents on multiple listings & always made time for our questions. He took or returned all phone calls immediately, always met with us on the day we requested & even called several times on weekends to check in when he was out of town with his family.
