We were renting for about a year due to the urgency of needing a place to live. Jerry was very understanding at that time about our urgency of needing a place to live and not wanting to buy any ol house, so we had to rent. When our lease was about up we contacted him and these guys was on the move to find us a home! Jerry was very patient with us, knew exactly what we were looking for, and gave us great advice (being a young couple). We were able to find the perfect home and able to stay in our budget!

While it was fun to be able to pick finishes, I'm pretty sure we could have let her do the whole house and would have been thrilled with the end result! Speaking of which, they were so accommodating with us being three hours away. I love that they FaceTimed with us to pick finishes and constantly sent pictures and videos to keep us updated on the progress. When everything was done, a big red ribbon on our front door on closing day was such a sweet, extra touch that shows all the love and care about the work they do. Thank you Lacey, Jess, and Jerry!
