make sure you know how much you want to spend updating and improving your property.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
All kinds of clients. Young and old buyers and sellers. Invstors, home owners and home buyers. Business owners that want to retire and sell the business including the property.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
We took an old home that was literally 85 years old, convinced the seller to remodel it and sold it at a great profit for the owner. He was extremely satisfied.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Before I was a realtor, my family would buy and sell and actually still have properties.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have a business degree and the experience of selling alot of properties as an investor, and as a realtor.
