I have been in the Real Estate Business since 2001. I have a Business Management Degree from Northern Illinois University. I have done just about everything in Real Estate. Residential Sales, New Construction, Farms and Farmettes as well as Property Management. I Managed two Real Estate Offices with over forty Agents. I have sold over 200 Condominiums. I am an independent Contractor for Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group. CB The Real Estate Group is the largest CB in the nation and is in the top Twenty in Unit Sales of any Real Estate Company in the Nation. I pride myself on giving outstanding personal service, which gives you the advantage of working with a Real Estate Giant and all of their Marketing Power while working with a Broker who is small enough to care about you!!

I help run the Helping Hands Food Pantry. We provide food assistance to approximately 350 to 400 Families per month.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Get pre-approved then decide if you are comfortable with what the bank has approved you for.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
The Home must show well - Sellers responsibility, The Home must be Marketed well - My Responsibility and the Home must be priced correctly - our joint responsibility. Do these three things well and it will lead to a successful sale.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
All!! And I have Managed 40+ other Agents as a Managing Broker, which has added to my knowledge and Experience.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
My goal is to have successful Transactions with Happy Clients. Recently had one where we worked very hard with credit challenged Clients...it took several month but working with a great lender we were able to improve the credit scores and get them into their DREAM Home. Very gratifying!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have been a Managing Broker and Managed 40+ Agents and helped them, taught them to Market Properties, and helped them solve problems.
