I highly recommend Jerry as a real estate agent for several reasons. He is also a builder/contractor and brings that expertise to bear when considering a home to buy. For us this included information on the possibility of tearing down a couple walls, and he has an eye for the structural strengths and weaknesses of homes. He was very responsive to meeting with us quickly to view a home and to get a contract going. He patiently listened to our various concerns, responded to every question, and he also brings much experience and knowledge to the negotiation process. His office is set up nicely with a large screen monitor to review anything from the lot boundaries, distances, nearby lots, county information, and other relevant information. He also quickly responded to texts, phone calls and emails. He has lived in Prescott for a long time, and has been involved in the community, which is a great resource for those especially who come from out of town. He will be my agent as well when it is time to sell my other house, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great real estate agent.

Jerry did a phenomenal job in helping me and my wife find a house. He took into consideration in what we wanted in a house and gave us lots of options to look at. They all were great houses that were in our price range and the area we wanted. It was our first time buying a house and he was very patient the entire way and explained anything we were unsure of. When it came time to buy the house we wanted, Jerry did an excellent job at negotiating a price for us. We will definitely ask Jerry to help us again when the time comes to buy another house!
