Always present the home in the best light. Make sure it's decluttered, Smelling fresh looking like a model home

I've worked with the first time homebuyer to the buyer that wants to purchase larger and anyone in between
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I had a widower who lost her husband while he was working on the railroad. They were young with 3 young children. She wanted to pay cash for her home as soon as her settlement came in which took 3 years. Well this year was her year and I got her and her 3 beautiful children into a home of her choice and she cried. These are the clients that make me love doing this job.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
My wife was a realtor first and wanted to go into the homebuilder business so I decided I would pick up where she left off and I got my license. I saw the joy in her clients faces and I experienced the joy of watching her clients get into new homes. Helping people with their dreams is a rewarding field to be in.
