When I wanted to see a home he made it happen that day!! He never put you off to another day. We saw a lot of homes, and he never pressured me. In addition, Jerry looks out for your best interest. He brought up things to look at and what to consider. He just does not show you a home, he honestly reviews the pros and the cons with you. He is very attentive to your thoughts and concerns. He makes you feel like you are his only client. And when I purchased my homes I felt confident that this is what I wanted. I strongly recommend Jerry!! In my opinion there is no one better than Jerry Annis as a real estate agent or as a genuine person!

ZillowVERIFIEDMy siblings and I inherited an out-of-town home (100+ miles from any of us), which we wished to sell. We were referred to Jerry by a friend who had had a good experience with him, and we had an equally good experience. The property/home was a bit of a one-off, and Jerry put in a lot of effort to try to find "comparables" that could be used to help set the price. Once the house was on the market, he was great about keeping me posted about showings, interested parties, etc. Seeing that I was not residing in the house, nor in the area, his communication was most welcomed!It just seemed that Jerry was a good and decent guy -- someone that I could trust, and who would do the right thing. That meant a lot to all of us. Finally, the only reason I rated "4s" for a couple of areas is that they were not all that relevant to our situation. Overall, he did a great job.
