My siblings and I inherited an out-of-town home (100+ miles from any of us), which we wished to sell. We were referred to Jerry by a friend who had had a good experience with him, and we had an equally good experience. The property/home was a bit of a one-off, and Jerry put in a lot of effort to try to find "comparables" that could be used to help set the price. Once the house was on the market, he was great about keeping me posted about showings, interested parties, etc. Seeing that I was not residing in the house, nor in the area, his communication was most welcomed!It just seemed that Jerry was a good and decent guy -- someone that I could trust, and who would do the right thing. That meant a lot to all of us. Finally, the only reason I rated "4s" for a couple of areas is that they were not all that relevant to our situation. Overall, he did a great job.

Jerry always went above and beyond to help us find the perfect cabin up north! He showed us multiple properties until we found the one that was right for us.
