Where do I start? Jerry has been an absolute blessing. From the beginning he was very open and easy to talk with. He spent the time getting to know me and what interests I had in a home. He explained the process and he looked up properties that met our criteria. His team was there to help us through the process. Even when it looked like we may not be able to get the home that we really were interested in, he kept the faith and advised us to file an extension on the process, twice. It worked! My wife is 7 months pregnant, and one of the must-haves in our new home was a fully functioning HVAC system. The homes AC system was not blowing cold air. Even worse, the seller would not budge on providing us credit to fix the AC system upon closing on the home. Jerry went out of his way to provide us credit from his commission to at least cover some of the repair costs. Additionally, after closing day, he was kind enough to provide us one of his own personal portable AC systems so that we would at least have some cool air in our master bedroom. He also got us a gift for our soon to be born baby girl at closing. A great example of how Jerry has built his success around human relationships and not mere business transactions.
