My Experience comes from the Construction business where I worked many a project from building homes, remolding homes to common household repairs.       Don't over spend your budget. This will not be you last home. Stay out of debt.

      2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

      Repair and fix all the unfinished projects around your home before putting on the market. Have a good roof. No water in basement. Update electrical.

      3) What types of clients have you worked with?

      Residential and commercial clients. First time home buyers. Retired sellers. Probate.

      4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

      All the Happy first time buyers.
