In December of 2011 my Fiancee and I purchased our Home in Elma NY for which Jerry was the Listing agent. My Fiancee and I were not working with an agent however we found Jerry to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful to us. Due to unforeseen circumstances (out of Jerrys control) the buying process of our property became a long drawn out headache. However through it all Jerry was the one who put all of the pieces of the puzzle together and really assisted in making the transaction happen. I feel it?s also important to note the ongoing customer service Jerry has continued to provide AFTER the closing of our home. Little things like discount coupons to Lowes and sample home magazines set to us via Jerrys office; they are small but very impressive gestures!
