Jerry did a good job of helping us find a house that fit our needs and our lifestyle. She was receptive to our inquiries and was great with communication. We love the house that she found for us but there were some features of the home that changed between the time of purchase and the move in date, as well as some features that we weren't made aware of. When we bought the house the yard was lush and green. But on the day we got the keys it had dead spots all over and was yellow in many areas. The fire alarm goes off every time we use the oven. And the sprinkler system that was a major selling point of the home doesn't water significant portions of the lawn. I would use Jerri Martin again but would probably use a different inspector.

Surely the best I have dealt with. If you know me, I have a million and one questions and often times I get short answers as if I am being annoying. Jerri did not make me feel like that at all. Even though I am sure I asked the same sort of questions, she still answered them very delightfully which made me happy. She was quick on her responses and if she needed time to figure something out, she always told me how long it be, which never was more than a day's time. She was able to help me find what I wanted, even with my list being super long. She was a superstar in my eyes. Her smile just warms my heart because she just knew I was getting overwhelmed by things, she just smile and tell me "I will figure this out, don't worry" and she did. We contacted Jerri when we were throwing around the idea of selling our home in Redmond, with the hopes of moving back to Bend. The Central Oregon market can be challenging so it seemed like a daunting task. From the very first meeting Jerri made us feel confident in our decisions, and we felt like we had someone in our corner the whole time. She was a pro when dealing with fairly needy buyers and really looked out for everyones interest. She even contacted various lenders trying to get a better loan for the people buying our house.
