To summarize, Jerod exceeded expectations in every way.I had to sell a property in Santa Clarita and I live in San Diego. I asked professional colleagues in the area for a referral and Jerod was referred. I contacted Jerod and a few other agents and selected Jerod. About Jerod Mayer: Our journey with Jerod. We have been looking for a perfect nest and Jerod happened to bring it to our hands. We weren't even the highest bidders in the house, but he made it work for us. He paid utmost importance to the tiniest details we gave him. Jerod really helped facilitate the purchase of our condo from start to finish, especially considering we were living many states away, unable to look at the house until after the purchase. We were looking to relocate from Woodland Hills to Santa Clarita for schools and a bigger place and we happened to meet Jerod selling a home we went to see at an open house. Decided to keep in touch and are we glad we did. Jerod made it feel like we had a true partner that was just as interested in our own well-being as he was in finding us the house of our dreams even if it meant we walked away if that was the right thing for us. Who does that! His advice was always on point, he's not one of those that will push you into the wrong decision just to sell a house. For one, I typically don't write reviews and we've been so busy it's been difficult to find the time to write Jerod Mayer the review he deserves. 5 months after we bought our house and our opinion of him is still as glowing as when we were dealing with him. If unicorns existed, Jerod is one of them and I cannot recommend him more. He even got us a discount on our carpet cleaning because he's got good connections.. How about that!!If you're looking to buy or sell in Santa Clarita or LA in general as he also helped us sell our Woodland Hills property for the all-time highest sale per sqft in our building, do yourself a favor and give him a call. Your first experience with him may be a little underwhelming at first but trust me, he's listening and taking notes and remembers everything you tell him on what you like or dislike and he will get it right.
