Jermaine did an excellent job selling my house. She was able to list it and sell it for far more than the amount two other realtors had suggested, and when I was unable to find a contractor for a last-minute fix, she set me up with one who got the job done. There were other issues that popped up as well (being an investment house, the city was involved), that she quickly resolved. She kept me informed throughout the process and was readily available when I needed.
