We were so pleased to work with Harrison. He was always available to show us houses even when we would call on a house at the last minute. His response was always, aEURoeI can meet you there in 30 minutes.aEUR? We were looking in a specific house, yard, area for over 6 months and he never gave up on us. He finally found the perfect house for us in the neighborhood he grew up in, and we couldnt be happier! Two days after our closing he negotiated a contract on the house we are selling. Brian Horton is the only real estate agent I will ever use now. We had a different agent that was trying to rush us into houses we didnt want and lost us a deal because he wouldnt keep us updated on anything. Brian was the COMPLETE opposite. He hunted down houses that were exactly what we wanted and was not pushy at all. He wasnt acting like he didnt care to sell a house quick, he truly believes that if he finds us the perfect one, we will continue to come back to him. The first time we met with him, he said aEURoeI think we should go tour a different house, this house will have issues with the foundation, theyre planning to build a roundabout here in a couple years and you wont get a good ROI in this neighborhood.aEUR? My brother and I knew instantly we found the right person that cared about us instead of trying to make a commission. He fought tooth and nail to get a new roof covered and a large amount of closing costs. I will buy more properties in the near future and will always use him!!! Thank you Brian!
