I cannot rave about Brenda enough. She was absolutely fantastic. Even my dad, a homebuilder for 40+ years out in Colorado, was floored by how fantastic she was. He couldn't believe realtors like her existed! Brenda has an incredibly friendly demeanor. She is kind and professional. She went the extra mile for us several times, as the market was a seller's market, to say the least, and we had a little trouble finding what we needed. We finally decided on new construction, which meant a 7+ month wait. Brenda never forgot about us throughout the long process. She called me at least weekly and she would frequently stop by our lot to check on the progress. She helped us out with our decisions, something I am grateful for now. She caught certain things she thought we would be better off with or without, and she was spot on!
