When it came time for me to sell a family tract of land, Jeremy and the Rhodes Team immediately came to mind. Knowing land sales with a potential to go commercial was not his specialty, Jeremy recommended we use his associate, Carter Schultz of the Rhodes Team, to ensure we got the best talent to sell the land. How professional is that! Carter also was the right choice! He took the time to talk with my siblings answering questions regarding value, mineral rights, potential use and probable time to sell, always with patience and respect. He reached out to potential buyers and posted the land thru multiple avenues to ensure a wide audience of buyers. It too ended in a sale!
