After working with two other realtors in Austin and finding nothing, Hillary was able to locate exactly what I was trying to find ON THE FIRST DAY. She explained the new commission bargaining rules well and attended the inspection, final walkthrough and closing. Hillary was able to negotiate in a professional manner with the sellers agent in order to get to my asking price plus a few repairs and appliances. Her assistant, Michelle, was able to answer any other concerns with proper details and coordinate with Austin Title. Definitely choose HomeSmith Realty, THEY GET IT!

Even with late evening communications, I would ask her questions and tell her to wait until tomorrow, but she would often get back to me within the hour. Her commitment to providing her clients with the smoothest house buying experience couldnt be more clear. Her opinions are always objective and well thought out. It also helps that Hillary is an amazing person to be around, outside of her role as a relate estate agent. She is easy going, has a great sense of humor and is an interesting person. She's one of those kinds of people that you forget you are doing business with, because you start to think youve been friends for decades.
