I honestly didn't expect anything close to the knowledge he provides with sage advice. The complete package. I didn't need anything during the buying process. He provided the Inspector and Attorney. If it had not been for a slow process by the sellers agent I would have closed within a month from start to end. When I was going to cancel the deal he at least 6 times saved it. I honestly don't k ow if another age t could have provided the atmosphere he did. He wasn't my agent he was my TEAM!!
