*** If there were more stars Id give them to Kate! ***We met Kate in a stroke of luck when we were looking at a house that she was showing, we spoke to her and we knew that if we wanted someone who would look out for our best interest, it would be her and we werent wrong! Basics first, she is a professional, she knows the ins and outs of the process, her communication timeliness and clarity were always on point (SUPER important in the market we were househunting in), and she always booked houses we were interested in weekly- wed get her a list of 5-6 houses on Monday morning, and by noon shed have 2 booked for Monday, 2 booked for Tuesday and calls in the rest. Her personality, genuine want for us to find the *perfect* home, and much appreciated reassurance throughout the process were immeasurably and absolutely priceless. There were houses that I was ready to settle on, and we got pretty into the process- it was hard but the moment I admitted I felt we were settling for a house out of exhaustion from the process, Kate made sure that we took a pause to re-evaluate if we wanted to go through with the buy. I tend to be anxious, and with the market the way it was, there were moments where it felt hopeless- thats when Kate would pull through with her unintentional inspiration and reminder of how important this decision was. It wouldve been SO easy for her to say aEUR~its just nerves, this house checks all the boxes, collect the check, and move on with life, but she said aEUR~no, if youre not absolutely happy and you dont see yourself in this home, dont do it. I cant thank Kate enough for all shes done for us, how many times shes had our backs, and just her own pure investment that we were absolutely happy with the house we bought.

Mrs. Kate McKan was very knowledgeable about all of the properties that she showed but was not a pushy agent and very patient. She really listened to me when I stated what I was looking for in a place to stay, also she never tried to make me settle on anything that she felt were not up to my standards. Which is something I really appreciated she was readily available whether via phone call or text very prompt response. My overall experience with her was very comforting and I wouldnt hesitate to utilize her again or recommend her to others very happy.
