In this highly competitive market, I always advise my buyers to be prepared, to be patient, and to be flexible. First thing is to have your financials in order. Are you working with the right lender? Are they local? Next is to have the availability to see a home the first day or two that it goes on the market. Next, are you prepared to pay over asking price and possibly waive inspections/appraisal? These are tough decisions to make and I am here to hold your hand from start to finish!

There is no doubt that we are in a supply and demand imbalance, which is greatly benefitting sellers today. It is important to price your home right! I am seeing over and over again that the right price brings more offers and better terms for sellers. I am an expert in this practice and my goal is always to put as much money as possible in your pocket on closing day.

I have had the great privilege of working with first time home buyers, retirees, physicians, attorneys, engineers, teachers, nurses and everyone in between. I have tremendous experience in helping people in every stage of life. Upsizing, downsizing, rightsizing... you name it!

When I was 7 years old, my father began a second career in residential real estate and construction. I learned every angle of the business from him and after graduating from KU with my bachelors and MBA, I became a superintendent for his company. Thousands of homes later, Real Estate has been my one and only career. I am extremely passionate about providing exceptional client care as well as sharing my expertise.

I hold a contractor's license in both Kansas and Missouri. While I don't perform the actual work, the continuing education that is required to hold these licenses is extremely extensive and allows me to grow my "home" knowledge year after year.
