Joe worked super hard for us and we are very grateful for his service. He negotiated with our seller's agent so we got the house even though there were better offers on the table. He gave us good advice on how to get the house we wanted in an aggressive market. He was patient and explained many details of the process and inspection we did not understand or have prior knowledge of as we are first-time homebuyers.We also really like Chris and seeing houses with Chris as he also brings knowledge that we otherwise wouldn't have about furnaces, water-heaters, what kind of features are outdated or need updating.
