ZillowVERIFIEDJeremiah was awesome to work with. Our home search took 2 years as we weren't in a rush and just wanted to find the perfect home before our kids started school. He was very patient with us and didn't mind the constant texts of random houses that would come up and always booked a showing no questions asked, even helped us with our kids so we could look at the house! Once we found our perfect house we had to act fast as it was wanted by multiple people, but we got it! He then turned around and sold our house we were in in 1 day! He made things very easy and we never felt like we were doing this whole thing alone. Thank you Harris Home Team for the wonderful experience! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I on the other hand didn't think it was realistic in our price range. Well Jeremiah deliver a 4-plex prior to it even hitting the listings! Then he negotiated the heck out of it to get it in our price point and get everything that come up during inspections rectified!! He was awesome. He knows the area well, gets things done fast, and had great resources, the home inspection was done by (Viligent), and the closing and additional attoney needs were both recommended by Jeremiah and both were a breeze to work with!
