Amanda helped me buy my first house earlier this year, and I went into the process knowing almost nothing. And she helped me negotiate a great offer that reduced the cost of the house and allowed me to permanently buy down the interest rate! My partner and I have now lived in my house for 6 months and we love it. Were working to spruce up the backyard and are enjoying making the house our own. I'm so appreciative of all of Amandas efforts to help me purchase my first home, and would highly recommend her to others who are looking for a amazing, local realtor! P.S. A few days before I got the keys, we had a massive storm and Amanda, unprompted, stopped by the house to make sure it was safe and standing, and sent me a bunch of pictures. WHO DOES THAT!?
