I apologize in advance for the length of this post, but I figured my experience may help others see just how wonderful Jenny is. Me and my girlfriend found out we were potentially going to be transferring to the area about 2 months ago. We came down to see the area and on a whim, we decided to meet with a real estate agent so we could narrow down areas that would be good for us. My girlfriend decided to call a few and we ended up meeting with Jenny at a local plaza that had drinks and sandwiches and such, all in one place which was a perk for both Brit and I. We had an hour or so long chat with her. Going into it we were still unsure of what we were going to do. We enjoyed what we saw in the city, but were still apprehensive about what was best for us. Leaving everything behind that was familiar to us in St. Louis, or taking the plunge and starting fresh in a new city. Jenny made that 1 hour mean so much more to us than the rest of the trip. The typical schools, and neighborhoods and such, but also much more in depth about her personal experiences with family here and activities and so much more that we hadnt thought of. Couldve been the drinks but my better half and I left that meeting feeling like we had a friend down here. For the next month we had it decided, we were going to move. And that we were 110% on board with what Jenny had to offer. She was very attentive to the further questions we had through text and setup a website with our parameters met. We narrowed down the exact details and then Jenny took over. We had the choice of probably 20 houses to like and love and reject and such directly off the website. We set everything up and made another trip down but due to an addition in her family, we were unable to tour with her, but she had another agent in Paul that was able to take us around. Who was also amazing and very informative. We were able to find the one with Paul and with the help of Jenny via many phone calls. The house had 6 other offers and Jenny knew exactly what to do. All while not having to overpay for the property. She handled everything over the next month and was our go to for any and every issue that arose.
