We have used Jenny Moynihan exclusively to sell the past four houses we have sold. Three of these were rental houses and one was an elderly parent's home. She first came to the house and told us what needed to be done to show the house in the best way possible. She suggested paint colors, repairs that needed to be done, and things that needed to be updated or replaced.
