1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Find an agent that responds quickly to your calls and messages and hire a full time agent who knows the industry.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Find an agent who uses all the new modern technologies to sell your home and also pays for professional photography and never use a part time agent to list your home.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with single mothers buying a new home for the very first time to top executives that are purchasing an estate home.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
4169 Highglen Trace in Dacula , Ga. it was listed two weeks before Christmas and was under contract in theee days for full asking price. In addition I negotiated to have my client stay in the house two extra months until their new house was finished being built.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started out in property management over 15 years ago managing multi family and comercial property then decided to go into new home sales three years ago.
